President
Rhonda founded Jensen Reporting in 1986. Through dedication and adherence to a strong work ethic, she has grown the business from a one-person shop into a worldwide court reporting agency. Ensuring her clients receive superior service is her top priority. Having been a reporter for more than two decades, her wealth of litigation support experience gives her an edge in fulfilling the varied needs of her clients. A people pleaser by nature, she has a “nothing is impossible” attitude.
Rhonda graduated from MacCormac College, and belongs to the National Court Reporters Association, Illinois Court Reporters Association and Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporting. She firmly believes in staying at the top of her profession and has gone on to achieve the highest certification attainable for court reporting – Registered Diplomate Reporter. Additionally, she has achieved status as a Certified realtime Reporter and Certified LiveNote Reporter. Rhonda is also a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise and the National Association of Professional and Executive Women.
When not living and breathing Jensen Reporting, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family, attending Boot Camp workout classes and scrapbooking. She enjoys reading and her favorite board game is Scrabble.
Office Manager
Traci Sanfratello joined Jensen Reporting in 1992. She has extensive experience providing administrative support and records management. Currently, Traci manages the company’s day-to-day operations.
Traci’s primary expertise is accounting support and human resources, and she enjoys managing and cultivating the interpersonal relationships within the office. By attending seminars and conferences throughout the year, she continues to expand on her skills. She takes great pride in her work, and her main goal is maintaining a high standard in customer service.
In her free time, Traci enjoys spending time with her family, including her four children and numerous nieces and nephews. When she isn’t with her family, she enjoys spending time with friends, hiking, exercising and reading. She likes to laugh and loves to be around others with a good sense of humor.
Billing and Receivables manager
Prior to joining Jensen Reporting in 2007, Jacalyn spent more than 15 years in the restaurant industry. She believes that people come first, and looks forward to helping clients manage their accounts. She’s also ready to meet the different challenges of each new day.
In her spare time, Jacalyn enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies and spending time with her two Dobermans, Grace and Jackson.
Client/Reporter Relations
Michelle joined Jensen Reporting in 2002 after completing the court reporting program at MacCormac College. More than 10 years of prior customer service experience prepared Michelle for her position in the Scheduling Department. In her five years in this role, she developed her customer service and organizational skills further by assisting clients with their litigation support needs and managing reporter relations.
In 2008 Michelle was given the opportunity to develop the new position of Client/Reporter Relations. She handles the reporter internship program, along with the recruiting and hiring of reporters. Michelle is a Certified LiveNote Trainer which enables her to assist clients and reporters with realtime software.
Michelle also enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and walking with her dog.
Scheduling Department
After completing the court reporting program at Career Colleges of Chicago, Kelly joined the staff of Jensen Reporting in 2003. Her willingness to assist other departments has enabled her to become familiar with many facets of the office operation. Her enthusiastic customer service skills brought her to the Scheduling department where she has worked since 2008. The fast pace of this Department fits her outgoing personality well.
When she’s not working, Kelly is with her family and friends. She is a loyal Chicago White Sox fan and can be found at many games during the season.
Transcript Orders
After studying court reporting at Career Colleges of Chicago, NiCoie joined the Jensen Reporting team in 2005. Her diligence and helpfulness with other departments has made her an invaluable member of the office staff. NiCoie’s animated personality fits in well with the Jensen family.
On the weekends, NiCoie enjoys spending time with her family at their lake house in Wisconsin where you will find her on her boat or on the beach.
Assistant Office Manager
Jessica Sullivan joined Jensen Reporting in 1994. She’s had the unique opportunity of developing her skills from the ground up, moving into many different departments as the company has grown.
While Jessica assists with all of the day-to-day needs of the company, she could best be described as the Project Manager. She is very hands-on and enjoys the challenge of each new project. She believes that working as a team and superior customer service form the backbone of all good companies.
Jessica is a very family-oriented person and when not at work with her Jensen family, she loves spending time with her husband and four children. She relishes every opportunity to scrapbook and preserve cherished family memories.
Scheduling Department
Corrine Shilney started her career with Jensen Reporting in 1996. Growing with the company over the years she was able to learn many different areas of the business. In 2001, she began working in the Scheduling Department where her outstanding customer service skills make her a great fit. Corrine enjoys working with our clients on a daily basis and building on those relationships.
Spending time with family is Corrine’s favorite pastime. When she is not with her Jensen family, she enjoys road trips, charity work and nature.
Production Department
Pam joined Jensen Reporting in 1997, and quickly found her niche in the Production Department where deadlines must be met with efficiency. Being task-oriented, she is able to diligently handle the process of getting transcripts from reporters to attorneys in a timely manner.
Pam occupies her free time with hiking, biking, swimming and many other outdoor activities. Ever the adventurer, she and her husband travel extensively. Her love of reading is well-known around the office, and she is rarely seen during her lunch break without a book.
Assistant Office Manager
Allison is not only an office staff member; she is also a certified court reporter. She is always ready to run out the door to help a client with a last-minute assignment if needed. Allison began her career with Jensen Reporting in 1994. Her knowledge and experience as a court reporter enable her to handle questions and solve problems with ease. Willing to assist clients and fellow coworkers, her positive attitude and professionalism are always on display.
When she isn’t in the office, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, exercising and visiting Walt Disney World in Florida.
Production Department
Tonia joined Jensen Reporting in 2008, bringing more than five years of litigation support experience with her. Her well-rounded background and positive attitude enable her to support Jensen in many roles. She enjoys interacting with clients and firmly believes that building those relationships is the key to success.
Tonia’s free time is spent with her husband and family. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening and taking long walks.
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Lisa Venturini has been with Jensen Reporting since 1998. With more than 10 years of experience as a certified court reporter, she has vast industry knowledge that positions her to effectively address the needs of Jensen’s client base. Her commitment to the quality of our product and personal attention to our clients has contributed to the company’s reputation as a leading litigation support provider.
Lisa enjoys time with her family and friends as well as reading, running and biking. During the summer she spends many of her weekends boating and skiing at her family’s vacation home.
